Led by Mr. David Wang, Director-General of the Department of Investment Services, Ministry of Economic Affairs, and Mr. Andy Chiu, President of World Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce Junior Chapter, the Global Taiwanese Businesses Innovation and Entrepreneurship Summit visited Taoyuan Aerotropolis Vision Hall on September 22th. The staff from Taoyuan City Government, including those from the Industrial Commercial Development & Investment Promotion Committee, Department of Economic Development, and Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd. are involved in the exchange event.
Mr. David Huang, the President of Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd., personally received and shared his years of experience in the government, industry, academia and research, elaborating on the investment potential of Taoyuan. Taoyuan is the gateway to Taiwan, enjoying an outstanding location advantage, suitable for international corporations’ global headquarters for the management across the globe. The participating guests demonstrated a high interest in investing, engaging an in-depth discussion and providing suggestions on Taoyuan Aerotropolis’ development schedule, issue of land acquisition, and plan for industries. The participants stated that Taoyuan Aerotropolis is open to the global society, and hence shall serve as the engine to drive industrial upgrading, and that they look forward to a more competitive Taiwan in the future.
