Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd. signs MOU with the Hubstart Paris Region Alliance

To promote the development of airport-related industries and the international exchange of cities, Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd. and the Hubstart Paris Region Alliance signed an Memorandum of Understanding at the Taipei Representative Office in France today (Nov. 17, 2017), in hopes of exchanging and collaborating on the experiences of building airport cities. Through this mechanism, Taoyuan Aerotropolis, together with Aéroports de Paris and Atlanta City of the United States, shall be the member in the big family of international airport cities.
The development of Airport Economy has received attention among the international community. The governments and the respective private sectors alike are actively seeking for international partners to complete projects, encourage industrial development, and improve citizens’ well-being. Taoyuan Aerotropolis Project receives attention worldwide. With the joint efforts for this collaboration, we shall attend relevant international forums, organize international events together, and visit each other for exchanges of industries. The top experiences of international airport city development shall be realized in Taoyuan via this network. Ms. Huai-Hui Hsieh, Vice President, Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd., and Mr. Frank Cannarozzo, Vice President of the Hubstart Paris Region (Deputy Mayor of d’Aulnay-sous-bois) signed the MOU, witness by Ambassador Ming-Zhong Zhang.
Ambassador Chang commented in his remark that it is a pleasure to see Taiwan and France engage deeply in the field of airport city. Vice President Hsieh extended her gratitude in particular to Mr. Philippe Delaplace, Senior Vice President, ADP Ingénierie as well as the Taipei Representative Office in France for the communication in between to bring about the MOU signing today, and looked forward to a better collaboration of Taoyuan Aerotropolis with the global society via the Hubstart network. Also, Vice President Cannarozzo in his remark welcomed the collaboration between Taiwan and Hubstart.
This signing ceremony is witnessed by Senior Vice President Delaplace, Ms. Elisabeth Le Masson, Delegate for Sustainable Development, Aéroports de Paris, Mr. Florent Bosseur from Economic Development and Territorial Marketing of CEEVO, and the colleagues of the Taipei Representative Office in France.
