Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd. signs industry-university MOU with Vanung University

To promote Airport Economy, highlight the development potential of aviation industry economy, and cultivate international aviation professionals, Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd. signed an industry-university MOU at Vanung University today (Marhc 23). With long-term collaboration and mutual-benefinial channel, we shall bridge better the students with the need for talents in the industries, pushing for the talent training together. Through multilaterial collaboration of the industry, government, academia, and research, we will jointly develop international logistics industry and auxliliary industries related to aviation, cultivating brilliant aviation professionals for the future in Taiwan.
Amidst the trend of global competition, airport cities rise throughout the world, driving the economic growth in regions and serving as the magnets to draw international professionals, Chairman David Huang of Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd. stated. As the Vanun University celebrates its 46th anniversary, Taoyuan Aerotropolis Project grows steadily as well. Under the guidance of Mayor Wen-Tsan Cheng, Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd. is tasked with the investment promotion for Taoyuan Aerotropolis Project, and actively assists Taoyuan City Government in the development for the Innovative Talent Incubation Plan for“The Asian Silicon Valley Development Plan”. Taoyuan Aerotropolis Co., Ltd. just signed MOU with China Airlines Group and Taoyuan International Airport Corporation on February 22nd this year. Starting from today, we will engage in the industry-university collaboration and exchanges with Vanung University that develops aviation industry related departments to build a better bridge for the professionals between the industry and university. In the future, via the multilateral collaboration from the industry, the government, the academia, and research, we will develop plans for international logistics industry and the aviation-related industries, drive industrial development via Airport Economy, facilitate the collaboration between the airport and the city for a vision of prosperity together, and cultivate brilliant aviation professionals for the future.
